Meditation: Harness
Your Personal Power
Time: 3 to 4 hours
Meditation reduces stress, heals illness and over time helps to connect to your spiritual center. We will work together to harness your personal power using guided meditation and mindful meditation practices. We will look at how the use of archetypical symbols enhances and makes the meditation process more powerful, connecting with and healing the Mind * Body * Spirit. Experientially based, you will practice meditation, work in small and large discussion groups, and come away with many tools for change.
Mandala Dance of Light
Time: 6 hours
This workshop combines meditation and art to create a sacred space within your circle drawings which builds the intention for healing. Through meditation we will become the humble receptive channels for the flow of grace and Divine Light and for healing symbols to emerge. We will explore setting clear intentions for healing and, learn how metaphor and archetype uncovered through the process become the healing messages within your own drawings. Materials: Berol Prismacolor pencils 8-10 of the following: 2 white, Aquamarine, Magenta, Canary Yellow, Black, Orange, Spring Green or Green Brice, Violet, a pink pearl eraser, 2 sheets black pastel paper and a pencil sharpener.
Meditation for Success
Time:
1 hour
Through a one-on-one individualized session, I will assist you to begin looking at what you want to see happen in your meditation experience. Then we will map out a plan to get there. In this process we will look at personality type, learning and life style, including individual growth needs to create successful outcomes that you can live with throughout your life.

This exciting, motivational workshop creates the infrastructure for seeing new possibilities and accepting them into awareness. Whether we are learning a new skill or to manage people or change a personal habit, the process is the same. In order for any new behavior to stick we need to look at what is ending, how we are different, and accommodate those new worldviews. In this workshop we help people embrace the experience of change and introduce new positive problem solving concepts. This vision of possibilities is a powerful force for personal and business change. Now, more than ever, it is critical that we define a vision for ourselves, and our organization that works with our personal worldview. In this energizing workshop we will:

Getting Stress to Work for You

Balancing work, family, and personal lives is a never-ending challenge that can be stressful. Failure to cope with stress causes anxiety, depression and eventually damages health and well-being. This workshop will explore what stress is, where it comes from, how it affects us, and how to deal with it in healthy ways. There are several self-assessments tools that will assist in identifying specific stressful events, coping mechanisms available, and how stress is affecting you. We will explore:

• Avoiding unhealthy coping mechanisms
