Various tools keep structure in the process and help us to develop the end results that we are working towards. Some tools are thinking tools and some are creative imagining tools. Since thoughts come before the emotion, thinking tools help us to craft our emotional responses to things.

Fear based requests create resistance and conflict with what you are seeking.

The mind does not really know what is real and what is not real. So, creative tools like metaphors, art, symbolic gestures, archetypes and the like help us to imagine things more effectively. The imagination produces the processes faster than we can do in our concrete world. Therefore, I have put together these unique set of tools to help the process along.

This special and spiritual place is within you and only waiting for you to tap its resources. Meditation can take you to this calm place inside to assist you to get to anywhere you want to go in life. Ask questions here and you will receive clear guidance. Mindful Meditation is a way of life that keeps you connected to the Source of all things.

Past Life Regression, Future Life Progression (Trained by Brian Weiss, MD): Listening to someone's guiding voice aids in focusing concentration and helps you to reach a deeper level of hypnotic relaxation. There is no danger in this process. This hypnotic type of guided meditation allows your mind to open and always be aware and observing. Regressions help the expansion of perspective like opening up windows and doors of the house of your life, allowing the expanded vista that makes healing and change possible.
Art therapy Why art? We think in images. Art can help us see what we're missing. Sometimes, we will see another person's point of view; sometimes we will see how limited our own point of view is, and sometimes we will see that we aren't alone. Seeing more or seeing better always improves the quality of our decisions and how effectively we work with other people.
