Developing good interpersonal communication skills creates harmoney, peace and effectiveness in all aspects of our lives. No matter where we go, if our communications with others don't work, then life just doesn't work for us. Our business relations, family relationships and friendships suffer from mixed messages and disfunctional communiction. This is espcially true of personal relationships, but I have found that we are the same person wherever we go.

Communiction between men and women is learned from the time we are very young. We didn't learn to communicate in the same way. For effective relationships, it is important to understand some of the differences before you can effectively work at improving communication skills. Sending clear and empathic messages, validating, reframing, and other techinques, create a pathway to understanding and allowing the receiver to hear our messages, making our communications more "intuitive."

Men and women evolve differently because we were trained this way through childhood play where we received different conditioning and programming. The conditioning continues throughout our lives. In couple counseling, I provide you with little known real examples all around you and teach you effective interpersonal communication skills.
