The Healing Power of Meditation: This meditation process helps the meditator to be fully engaged in the healing process through guided visualization and subjective fantasy. The narrator leads the meditator to his or her center for a journey of discovery, introspection and to cleanse the spirit prior to and after the medical emergency. As an accompaniment to surgery, the process assists the patient to prepare for fast and complete recovery. The CD can also be used in the general practice of meditation, to work with and heal long term medical problems, or improve conditions caused by a medical emergency. |
