Silver Package:       Life Coaching
Find or maintain relationships, get and stay focused, create a balanced life, work on body image, manage stress and transition, etc. $200 per month prepaid sessions for 4 thirty minute sessions. There will be some homework outside of sessions.

Get the Gold:           Spiritual Life Counseling
Keep great energy flowing by knowing your emotional climate and reframing how you think, using the Law of Attraction for greatest advantage. Create a new life script discarding old belief systems that no longer serve. Rebalance partnerships, while honoring each other's soul container. Learn to accept and invite reflections of self for a gentle mirror for change. $400 per month prepaid sessions for 4 one hour sessions with unlimited e-mail.

Platinum:               Spiritual Depth Counseling
Close enough to travel to my office? Include various expressive tools to go deeper into your journey, discover incredible spiritual gifts that will live with you your entire life. Along with the Gold Package, enjoy creative tools for the expansion and exploration of the core Self for greater depth of understanding. Co-create your process as we take you deeper into Self. This process is especially good for working on medical issues as a complement to medical practices. $400 per month prepaid sessions for 4 one hour sessions. As needed we will work in 2 two hour sessions.

**Gentle reminder: How many years did it take you to get to where you are? It stands to reason that changing back to core self takes time, so allow a minimum of 3 months of conscientious work for change to unfold to the new you!
